Bringing together two gifted Vancouver vocalists, this concert will pay tribute to the greatest jazz singers of the mid-twentieth century — Nat King Cole and Ella Fitzgerald, incandescent and immortal stars who created the music we love and today call standards, breaking through the barriers of racism to create true crossover art.

Don Stewart brings to life the charm and brilliance of the great Nat King Cole in a selection of his best-loved songs, while Ada Lee makes a special appearance bringing to life the musical genius of Ella Fitzgerald.  Ada recorded her first album in 1957, and has shared the stage with Count Basie and Duke Ellington.
