SENIORS FIRST BC LAW CLINIC

When: The first Wednesday of every month
Details: As part of its Satellite Elder Law Clinic program, Seniors First BC partners with the West End Seniors’ Network to offer pro bono legal consultations to eligible older adults.
ONCE A WEEK, EVERY WEEK …
FITNESS WITH LAUREN: Tuesdays at 10 a.m. at Gordon Neighbourhood House. Free. A weekly fitness class that incorporates resistance band exercises to improve muscle tone and strength. All seniors welcome.
SENIORS LOUNGE: Tuesdays at 1:15 p.m. at Gordon Neighbourhood House. Connect with your community and neighbors at this weekly social gathering hosted by Grace Hann, with special guest speakers sharing their knowledge and insights. Free. All seniors welcome.
